What a wonderful idea, to write on a leaf and put on the door. I simply love the chrystanthemum (or is it a dahlia - shows how much I know about plants)
Love the new look on your blog, Relyn. Reading several of your posts today.
looking forward to the introvertness of january
Their list certainly puts me in the mood for the season.
"Christmas is next" made me smile. I was remembering with my husband how excited we used to be as kids when Christmas was approaching. It seemed to take forever to get here and I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach when I remember going to bed the night before...it amazes me that so many decades have passed and that now it seems to be such a rush, rush, rush and then over.
Now THAT's a stunning image and wonderful way to say farewell to autumn. It's a marvelous list -- I'm not sure what I would be able to add!
I'm not ready to say goodbye to autumn. I am just getting started. I love the caramel apples! It is my favorite time of the year. Oh well...winter is on it's way and with that comes Christmas carols and fudge! Yum!
Love and hugs and many blessings
I am always thankful for you.......
Love and hugs Jeanne
Your postings are beautiful and so are you♥♥
That pretty much sums it up!
With that, do stay warm and toasty!
I will choose:
"bonfires"
and
"Chistmas is next"
:)
Hi, dear Relyn! Lovely to catch up with you after returning from some travels and Thanksgiving break in the US. Funnily enough I took a similar photo while away. Great minds. ;o) It's been a good time lately. But tough too as my parent's are too well in health either of them (I've not shared this at my place yet), so that was hard to see and leave. I'm in a place of trying to find a harmony in all there is to do at the moment and still find time to enjoy the things I love to do--like painting, etc. This time of year is such a challenge in that respect... So I know I'm not alone in that. ;o) Happy Holly-Days ((HUGS))
so much sweet goodness;
isn't life GRAND!

Oh the joys of childhood sleepovers! You are such a great teacher, Relyn! Love your ideas, for yourself and your kids.
