Happy Thanksgiving!

In a continuation of our family tradition, everyone who joined us for Thanksgiving dinner is helping to write this post. We even got telephonic input from my brother in Savannah. Happy, happy Thanksgiving from our house to yours. Team Lawson prays that you will always count your blessings instead of your sorrows. We pray that you will laugh every day and never fail to tell the people you love how much they mean to you. Happy Thanksgiving, my friends. I am grateful for you.

What a lovely list, and I love how you included everyone's thoughts with yours.

I should add to my list the friendships I've made through blogging. It's such a joy to visit here.

Happy Thanksgiving, Relyn! I really like your idea of inviting loved ones to participate on your blog. It's a wonderful modern tradition.

Today, I am thankful for this morning's snowfall, for my husband, J, who makes me laugh every day, for surprise letters and gifts that arrived in the mail this past week (thank you!), for music that has me dreaming of paintings and photographs, for the chocolate brownies that my sweetiepie brought home from the store today - yum!

I'm a little late to the gathering but I know what a wonderful time you all had and that will continue through the holiday. I'm grateful that the generous encouragement of blog friends enabled me to discover my inner poet as well as read their amazing words. Happy Thanksgiving to all at chez Lawson!

What a great idea, to ask people at your table and in your family to say things they're thankful for.

You're a super person, and I'm happy I came across your blog this past year and met you.

I am so thankful everyday for the love and grace from my heavenly Father. What an amazing thing, everyday is Thanksgiving! I just returned from having Thanksgiving with my wonderful son and daughter=in-law. What a blessing! They invited me to their first Thanksgiving together as husband and wife! Married just over 6 months, what a blessing they are. Nicole is a wonderful cook....the meal was great but the joy of sharing it with them was awesome! Thank you Father for watching over me on the trip and for the presence of Jesus traveling with me! May your family be blessed abundantly this season........I like your blog! HIS forever, Terri

Our family tradition is to each share what we are thankful for. It is always shared with a tear or two. Your list is fantastic. I love laughter and a good night's sleep, yes, and the 40th birthday is extra special too. Oh so many things on your list I can say ditto. Thanks for you!

I am thankful that I got to celebrate Thanksgiving in October, and now, once again with all of my american blogging friends! I try and be grateful everyday, but two special days dedicated to gratitude....well, I am overflowing. :)
