Guess what I saw today?

You guessed it, the first daffodil of spring.
I didn't have my camera, so I used my cell phone.

Big sigh.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........ spring.

Our small slice of heaven right here on Earth.

Happy spring, ya'll.

HOORAY!! The first daffodil... always so exciting, and uplifting! It'll be a while yet until we see them here... so I'm just loving seeing all the signs of spring happening elsewhere in blogland. This was a comfort and promise to my winter-sore eyes... Thanks, Relyn :o) Happy Day ((HUGS))

Did you know that the daffodill was Mammaw's favorite flower? She was always thrilled when she saw the first daffodill of Spring. She would call me and tell me when she saw it.

I saw the first one bloom in my yard on Monday. I love how these flowers announce the promise of Spring.

How wonderful! There's hope! Even though you used your phone - you've captured that spring promise. Well done.

Stop by soon and offer your two cents regarding an upcoming photography competition - there's a give-away involved:).
