For a minute it looked like that little branch had that chipmunk by the scruff of the neck! Enjoy your vacation.

COOL! Next time I'm sneaking into the trunk of your car. Lucky you for seeing such a historically-fascinating and beautiful place. I want to hear ALL about it when you get back home.

Well, it looks like Mesa Verde, colorado to me! Can you still climb up and explore? Climbing that tall wooden ladder with people before and behind was the only time heights got to me ... but it was amazing at the top.

Happy vacationing!!!

I will guess Colorado, though we just returned from Idaho and it could be close. I will agree with Sue that I first thought the chipmunk was suspended by that gripping twig:). VERY cute image! Have fun!

What a lovely place to visit. Many years we bundled our little ones up and took off for this very place. It was fall and we thought it would be beautiful. Surprise, we got caught in a snow storm and never made it there. I must put it on my list of places yet to see. Very beautiful! Enjoy!

Ahh...one of my favourite places! Despite being an easterner, with a love of oceans and forests and greenery, the desert also speaks to some buried wild part of me...a lingering part I've yet to uncover.

Do enjoy your exploration of history.
