a thankful heart

a thankful heart

Happy weekend, friends. I hope you find many reasons for saying grace.

I took the photograph at the Grand Canyon, but the wonderful quote was given to me by my new friend Pamela.

I love the word grace, even the sound of it as it comes off my lips. I love all that it means and am very thankful to have the opportunity to embrace it.

Beautiful photo and quote. I try to say Grace often. Grace was my word for the year a few years ago.

What a great quote from G.K. Chesterton. He was a pretty cool guy I think. And yes, we have many occasions to recognise grace. I think the whole concept of grace is very mysterious. Thanks, Relyn!

Oh, this is sweet, Relyn! And, yes, many reasons for saying grace... I say grace and prayer many times throughout a day. There is some much to be thankful for, and to seek that extra boost for--especially on difficult days/times or needing extra courage. Thank you for this light today, my friend... Happy Weekend ((HUGS))

Indeed. "Grace" is my word for 2011. Once my father-in-law asked me why I write poetry and why I studied it in graduate school. I told him that it's because poetry is my way of praying. I can't imagine a world without it. Love this Chesterton quote. Thanks for sharing it, my friend. xo
