My Mom

Some of you know that my Mom has a tumor on her abdomen.
Her surgery is scheduled for 9:00 on Thursday in St. Louis, which is four hours away.

Our family is going up a day early and visiting the Arch.
It's one of those things we've said we should do, but haven't.
So, tomorrow's the day.
We figured it would be better to spend the day having fun together
rather waiting and worrying.

If you think of it, please be praying for my Mom and for her doctors.
Especially at 9:00 Thursday morning.  Thanks, friends.

Keeping you all in my prayers. Bless you all, and enjoy St. Louis. That's a city I have a lot of affection for - not only the Arch, but the whispering arch at the train station. Please let us know how things go. xox

So glad to hear your Mom came through the surgery OK. Now for positive thoughts and results. Glad you were able to visit the Arch also. I drove by it once upon a time, but have not been there.

I'm late seeing this, but praying all is well. She is a beautiful lady--much like her daughter. (And gives me hope for the gray hair in a cute cut!)

Oldies, but Goodies
