Sunday Morning Poetry

The woods are never solitary -
they are full of whispering, beckoning, friendly life.
But the sea is a mighty soul,
forever moaning of some great unshareable sorrow,
which shuts it up into itself
                 for all eternity.
~ L.M. Montgomery

Sigh!
Such perfectly voiced words
and the photo of my favorite
ocean.

Such a potent bundle of words
artfully swept into one clear
picture; I can see and feel and
almost taste the salt on my skin.
Thanks for that, friend,
Jennifer

I love this photograph - where was it taken? And where is the Montgomery quote from? It's jogging a memory - is Anne's?

Beautiful shot, Relyn! And words.

Oldies, but Goodies
