Sky Wish
I wrote my wish
upon a kite;
closed my eyes,
grabbed its string --
through wind
I ran,
let it fly...
my wish came true.
It flew into
that wide, wide, map
of sky.

away up high
up in the sky ..
so enjoyed this
through wind
I ran,
let it fly...
my wish came true.
How did that wish come true?
Did it come true, or was it enough for it to just taste the open sky? The experience of wishing, of feeling hopeful, is beautiful in and of itself.
I do love the idea of tying a wish to the string of your kite . . .
Oh, oh, oh--let's go fly a kite, up to the highest height! Let's go fly a kite and send it soaring, up through the atmosphere, up where the air is clear, oh let's go fly a kite! :)
Yes!!
Live with intention!
Love your image and the words.
