Wow, what a photo! and a fantastic list! Love ya!

I would be a few of those things... the bookcase, for one... and the pen. But I would be a gathering-gray shade of blue and a kiwi or maybe a pear, and a Range Rover looking for adventure. A verb? I love that yours is laugh, but sadly mine would probably have to be procrastinate.

I enjoyed reading YOUR list....

Roban said...

... is that another one of your photos? It's beautiful by the way.

Your list reads almost like a poem. Good job!
If I were a shoe I would be a Flip Flop, course right now my toes would be cold if that were the case. *smile

Enchanted April, cowboy boots, and pomegranates . . .
a few of my favorite things. When I'm feeling down, that movie is on my short list of ones to watch, preferably while wearing cowboy boots and drinking a glass of sparkling water and pomegranate juice.

Hugs,
G

Ok, Girlfriend, I gotta give you props for this one; This was very very cool! A great list idea : )

And gotta say, kindred spirits are we! "The Enchanted April", "84 Charing Cross Road" (which I'm currently reading! Just set it down to log on for awhile!), "Firefly" LOVE this series and I think you and I are the only ones who know about it!! Love River!! And Mal, of course, Zoe, ok the whole lot of them!!!

Good Stuff, Relyn : ) Thanks for a fun read : )

I think I might struggle with that one. I'd have to decide if it would be what I am or what I want to be.

Actually, I think I'll do that as an exercise. I'll fill it out as what I would like it to be and then I'll take the little steps that will take me towards it.

I've decided that instead of inhibiting myself I need to do what makes me really happy. Instead of thinking that I wish I could, I just will.

This is like therapy. How much do you charge for this session?

Oh, my, I have to try this. What a wonderful portrait it paints of you!! I so love the photo of that house and hope it is yours someday VERY SOON!

But I most have to say that I KNEW we were connected by something important – Firefly, the only tv show in history worth watching.

Shiny. :)

Hi Relyn,

This list isn't so easy when one begins to think about it! I like that you've chosen some very simple things in the mix.

What a great list. I'm afraid mine wouldn't have the same positive ring to it. The only thing is...if you smelled like old roses, I don't think I could be in the same room with you! I'd get a headache:)

Sue, Old roses is a term that refers to older varieties such as centerfolia and damask. They are usually heavily scented.

Relyn,

I'm going to have to borrow this beautiful concept of this list! What a great way to capture the essence of what we are feeling that day.

Loving the picture, do you know where it is?

Kat,

I took it, so thank you. The house is in Clever, Missouri which is a very rural community outside of Springfield, Missouri.
