this moment
I was visiting Soule Mama on Saturday and spotted this idea of hers. A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. I already have a Friday ritual here on my blog. But, I thought a quiet moment in the middle of each busy week might be just the ticket.

The light, striking the apple just so; it's lovely.
Reminds me also of the William Carlos Williams poem:
so much depends
upon
a red wheel
barrow
glazed with rain
water
beside the white
chickens.
(So much depends on these quiet moments!)
Love this idea and have done it in the past on Monday's. Love pictures such as this one also and it is indeed "This moment".
Something so peaceful
about just an image
and a wonderful beauty
at that.
