All In One City

I hope you aren't getting tired of these photo tours of San Francisco. I saw so much that I wanted to share with you. Beauty and art were everywhere, but really no particular "San Francisco look". Instead, there are a thousand styles, and room for it all. See what I mean?

two views down a Mission District alley

at the Legion of Honor museum ~ in an alley in the Mission District

I stopped in the crosswalk to take this picture. A driver
yelled out of the window at me, "What are you doing lady?" I yelled back,
"I'm taking a picture. What do you think?"
Bloggers. You can tell them anywhere.

sky views around the city

Cole Valley Victorian ~ Mission District apartment

So, which one is more your style?

All pictures taken by me in San Francisco, July 2009.

I really miss San Fran. Haven't spent nearly enough time there. That top photo could be artwork.

Well....actually, Relyn, it's kind of like taking a mini trip. I love seeing all your shots. Keep them coming!

These are amazing photos! I love how you put the two different "views" side-by-side. I love them all.... I guess two of the most striking photos (besides the first!) are the one of the Legion of Honor Museum and the alley... and the last one of the two homes. Even though I'd probably like the Victorian (and softer colors), the Mission District's vibrant colors are just glorious!

As far as I'm concerned, you can show us as many photos of SF as you like! These are great, and I love the diptychs you created. Plus, I love your answer to the driver who asked what you were doing! You rock. xoxo Gigi

I could never get too much San Francisco. My style would be more Mission district I think but the beauty of San Fran is that nothing is too far away.

I love every inch of it. And every inch of your blog for that matter.

I simply had to comment, I came across your blog when searching for a recipie for rose tea <3 I am so pleasently surprised to see San Francisco! One reason among many that I hold the city so close to my heart is its diversity. That second picture is beautiful. It's wonderful all the that art found in the city. Take care!

i LOVE seeing all of your pictures. they're all so give us a good look at the city. but i particularly like the perspective you choose in the first one
and the on of the buildings - i mean who wouldn't want to stop and take a picture here? the contrast between those two buildings is so interesting.
please share more.
