I once read on Susan Tuttle's blog that, at the end of morning announcements, her son's principal always says, "Make it a good day or not, the choice is yours." I love that. The power inherent in that idea. We have the choice to create a good day with our attitude.
May all your days be good ones.

Great inspiration for each day. I'll put that into the universe for sure.
Beautiful photo, Relyn, and sentiments to match. I can just feel the softness and gentleness of the horses. Wishing you a fabulous Sunday. xo
One of my favourite quotes by Charles Swindoll has been“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
This is something we must all remember. Thanks for reminding us.
I just wanted to tell you one thing.....I love you and your blog. Beautiful. Thank you....and HUGS across the globe!!! :)
Relyn, I like that for sure, ....you left me a note that you were amazed at how we could get ribs at a movie, the word was nibs or supposed to be nips....so no we can not order ribs at the movies....you must have thought they do things differently in Canada. lol. hugs, love the photo. have a great day.
YES! That's so right. Your post today, and the comments by Lubna, are a perfect reminder.
Thank you.
Lovely gentle photo, I can feel their breathing!

What a wonderful way for the kids...and the teachers to start the day! I wrote that one down!
And, our attitude makes it either a good day or a bad day, many times! Thanks for the reminder!
I firmly believe that- now if only I would ACT on it! I am working hard on that one though- Have a wonderful Day Relyn!
that is a keeper..words and photo!!
I've always believed we have a huge power in looking at things the right way. And indeed, it can turn a poor day sunny. (Or at least, less poor!)
Thank goodness we have a choice!
No matter what happens.
my high school boyfriend, to this day, on facebook, signs off "make it a good day!", or "MIGD"~ {maybe i should say "ex"boyfriend??? :)}
