Week 36 of the Wednesday Lists.
My third blogiversary just passed. This is a little celebration.

Beth

The Things That Blogging Taught (or reminded) Me
  • I am not invisible.
  • I can be inspiring and creative.
  • I've found my art form.
  • It's possible to have best friends you've never met.
  • Good things turn great when you share them.
  • Everyone has a tribe of their own.
  • Winning is fun, but giving is much better.
  • Sharing personal stories is vital.
  • Always give credit.
  • I was meant to be a photographer.
Happy Friday, friends.

The picture above is of my friend, Beth. She's one of the most stylish people I know. She's also one of the sweetest. I absolutely loved this outfit she was wearing on Monday. Spontaneously, I asked her to let me take her picture after school, but she had an appointment. We had five minutes - literally. I was pretty tickled with how they turned out. You've created the perfect list of what joy blogging brings to an authors life. The friendship and sharing always lift me every day, every week. So glad we met this way. And I couldn't agree more--it IS possible to have best friends you've never met face-to-face, but have met online, and met in heart. ;o) HAPPY BLOGIVERSARY, my friend... Looking forward to years more! ((BIG HUGS))

You WERE meant to be a photographer! That's a fabulous photo and I love her outfit -- looks very Parisian. (Actually, I never saw anything like that in Paris, but it is MY idea of Parisian -- chic and lovely!).

Great list today!

Sweet Girl,

You were meant to capture the image of your mind's eye. I love that eye so deeply. Oh the joy of sharing the adventure of our life of discovery.

Jeanie, Moi aussi! I've not even been to France, but I think TV makes me associate striped shirts with Paris. :)
Relyn, I love knowing you, if only this way, I still receive pleasure.

And you are becoming quite a photographer at that! I wish you would do some photographs of you mom and myself next time we come. I love your list! I have met some very lovely ladies through blogging and so enjoy corresponding with them through e-mails. Happy Anniversary on your blogging!

Relyn I'll be having my 3rd blog anniversary in July and what a wonderful journey it has been.

I love your list and they mirror mine perfectly especially:
"It's possible to have best friends you're never met" and
"Winning is fun, but giving is much better".

Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs

PS I love your blog!

Yes, you are a photographer. I totally agree that winning is fun, but giving is much better. I wish I could give more. For sure sharing personal stories is vital. Thanks for this lovely list.
