I love that to help the soul you have sing loud! I sing in my car and it always makes me feel wonderful! I also have to remember that quote! It's ever so true!

Going to bed early from time to time... hehe... yeah, I have been trying to do this for a couple of months now. The results... not so good. For instance, it is now 1:11 am and I am up reading your beautiful blog.

That's a great list, Relyn. I'm trying to do better about getting to bed earlier, but again I'm up late! It does take a conscious effort to take care of ourselves. Your list reminded me of this!
