Friday Faves

Christmas parade at Silver Dollar City

* Quote of the Week: "“I would always rather be happy than dignified.” Charlotte Brontë , Jane Eyre

* Something to Buy: cell phone car mount

* Something to Make: origami paper stars

* A Song: Silent Night sung by Katherine Jenkins

* Images of the Week: the work of Ray Jennings

* Great Read: Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg, read by Liam Neeson.  This is so much better than the movie.

* To Make You Laugh: Pinky the cat

* PINspiration: Joyeux Noel by Theresa L

* In Case You Missed It: My Kind of People

* Some Things I Love: homemade snowman kit, Robert Sabuda's pop-up Christmas books, Christmas parades, making popcorn chains with Sloane for her tree, red and white mittens, mint Oreos, moving the pictures around our walls, old lace, making stockings, the color of old copper, handmade cards...

Happy weekend, friends.

I've been such a bad commenter but had to say belated Christmas joy and a wonderful, Happy New Year. As always, your lists send me to all sorts of fun places! Ah, Pinky!
